“I REALLY love the new image. There’s a terrific composition with a high tension between good and evil, beauty and menace, strength and fragility, coolness and warmth. And the makeup, especially the black around the eyes, turns your stare into something vaguely haunting yet forceful. It’s great work, from the background color right down to the color on your lips. And I love the way the white makeup hides all but a suggestion of your cheekbone. The whole thing looks like an impossibly tasty dessert”
